Teriparatide acetate mediates bone metabolism by inhibiting osteoblast apoptosis, activating bone lining cells, and enhancing osteoblast differentiation. By regulating the adenylyl cyclase-cyclic adenosine monophosphate-protein kinase A pathway, it intermittently stimulates the PHT-I receptor on the surface of osteoblasts, bone lining cells and bone marrow stromal stem cells, promotes the differentiation of osteoblasts and prolongs the life span of osteoblasts. The proliferation of osteoblast cell lines was stimulated by the phosphate C-cytoplasmic calcium-protein stimulation  C signaling pathway. By inhibiting the transactivation activity of PPARγ, the differentiation of stromal cells into adipocyte lines was reduced, and the number of osteoblasts was increased.
