Neuropeptide AF (human) is an endogenous antiopioid neuropeptide and agonist at NPFF 1 and NPFF 2 receptors. Implicated in pain modulation and endocrine functions. May also regulate metabolism via stimulation of β -adrenoceptor expression in adipocytes.
