Conotoxin of the I-superfamily is one of the more complex superfamilies of conotoxin, which can be divided into two groups, I1 and I2, usually composed of 33~46 amino acids, with the same 4 pairs of cysteine backbone, which can act specifically on various ion channels and receptors.
